5200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 5200 platform. By registering or using any of the services provided, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out here.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 5200 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to use this service under applicable laws in Malaysia. This platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and 5200 reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to any user suspected of not meeting this age requirement.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms & Conditions are published will be deemed as your full acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
The 5200 platform is only available to users in permitted geographic regions. Users accessing the platform from regions where such activities are restricted or prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with their local laws.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5200 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed along with any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your identification document, a valid phone number, and an active email address. 5200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 5200 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Sharing your login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited.
- Using another person's account, even with their permission, is strictly prohibited.
- Users must update their account information if any changes occur.
- 5200 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 5200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, and TNG eWallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed. If a technical error causes a deposit not to be credited within the expected timeframe, users should contact customer support with proof of the transaction. 5200 will investigate and resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the original deposit, in line with our security and compliance requirements. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before approval. 5200 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal if there are indications of suspicious activity or a breach of these terms.
- All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Users are responsible for any charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.
- Any attempted fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 5200 platform agree not to engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform, the security of other users, or 5200's operational interests. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in manipulation or cheating in any form of game or bet.
- Distributing unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content through the platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than permitted entertainment and betting activities.
- Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical systems.
5200 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms. Where a violation is confirmed, 5200 may take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account without prior notice and without any liability to the user concerned.
All content, trade names, logos, graphics, user interfaces, and software on the 5200 platform are protected intellectual property. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any element of the platform without prior written consent from 5200.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Closure Policy
The 5200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, 5200 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical downtime. 5200 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, game outcomes, or betting results.
Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. Users acknowledge that betting activities involve financial risk and agree that 5200 is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using the platform.
5200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Failure to verify identity when requested.
- Account closure requested by the user.
- Compliance with instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
If an account is closed due to a breach, balances linked to suspicious activity may be held while an investigation is conducted. Legitimate balances will be returned at 5200's discretion once the investigation is concluded.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 5200 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers, such as payment processors and game providers. 5200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to read and understand the terms of each third-party service they use separately.
5200 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 5200 platform will be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts, unless 5200 and the user mutually agree on an alternative dispute resolution method.
